Our standard buckets are made of Hardox or Raex HB400.Those are among the highest-grade steel types on the market, making sure that our products are extremely wear-resistant and durable.
Security plays a role of utmost importance for us. Our whole product range fully complies with the machine directive. In addition we invest in the development of new patents in this field. With success: The patent for a claw safety has been issued just recently.
We are not satisfied with average. Our engineers work on perfecting our products day after day. Moreover, as one of the few companies of our industry, we are DIN EN ISO 3834-2 certified. This regulates the technical quality requirements for welding.

Version: Cutting edge 150x16mm HB500. Projecting base, side walls (with drainage holes) and side sickle made of HB400. 2x45° pivotable, cylinder with pressure retention valve. Protective plate above the cylinder/pressure retention valve. Distribution block incl. screw in throttle below the swivel head for all possible connections of the machine hoses on both sides. Swivel head with wear bushes and hardened and tempered pins. CSW03 adapter.
