WEAR-RESISTANT
Our standard buckets are made of Hardox or Raex HB400.Those are among the highest-grade steel types on the market, making sure that our products are extremely wear-resistant and durable.
SECURE
Security plays a role of utmost importance for us. Our whole product range fully complies with the machine directive. In addition we invest in the development of new patents in this field. With success: The patent for a claw safety has been issued just recently.
SUPERIOR
We are not satisfied with average. Our engineers work on perfecting our products day after day. Moreover, as one of the few companies of our industry, we are DIN EN ISO 3834-2 certified. This regulates the technical quality requirements for welding.

2022

2020
Fertigstellung des Neubaus und Umzug in das neue 600m² große Büro. Erweiterung der Produktionsfläche auf 5700 m².
2018
Start of construction works in the UNO industrial park in Nohra.
2017
Due to the strong growth since the introduction of the highly wear-resistant products, a new building is planned for 2018 with significant capacity increase for production and storing capability combined with a new office building.
2016
The first patent was granted. This is a claw safety device, which provides an additional 3rd safety for our hydraulic quick couplers. Renewed participation in the Galabau, this time with a 50% larger stand. In addition, the storage capacity was increased this year by renting a warehouse in Nohra.
2015
First certification according to DIN EN ISO 9001 and DIN EN ISO 3834-2. This makes us one of the few companies in the industry to work in accordance with a welding certification. Complete conversion to highly wear-resistant buckets made of Hardox and Raex HB400 from SSAB. Investment in Faro measurement technology. The Faro Arm offers a unique non-contact 3D scanning capability for detailed measurements of surface shapes and additional tactile measurement.
2014
First participation in the Galabau trade fair in Nürnberg. Powertilt becomes partner for tilt motors. Extension of the construction to 4 CAD workplaces.
2013
Setup of an in-house research-/development department. Start of research on innovative solutions and improvements in the field of attachements.
2009
Development of the first hydraulic quick coupler with two safety devices (hydraulic blocking and compression springs).
2003
Work began on the new production site with a machine park and office wing in the UNO industrial park in Nohra.
1997
Moving to Magdala near Weimar and changing the name was a result of the growth in employees.
1993
Founding of a GbR in Groschwabhaußen near Jena.
